MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in applying to join Camberley & District U3A.

The annual fee is £16.00 per person with an additional charge for some activities attended.

The CU3A year starts on August 1st and ends on July 31st.
If you join today your subscription will cover the period up to 31st July 2025.

Please complete ALL mandatory sections of the application form below (marked *) and click on at the end of the form.
The mandatory sections are marked (*), the others are optional. Once the form has been submitted you will receive an email asking you to check your application and validate your email address.
After you have validated your email address, you will receive a further email confirming your application and explaining how to pay.
A separate application is required for each member

Boost your donation by £4 of Gift Aid for every £16.00 you donate at no cost to you!

Gift Aid is reclaimed from HMRC by the Charity from the tax you pay for the current tax year.

CU3A really would like you to Gift Aid your donation as it helps with our costs and helps keep subscriptions down. Please, if you are a UK taxpayer, click in the "Yes" button below:

Any information provided (including the information on this form) is used for the general purposes of CU3A as set out in the Privacy Notice which is available on our website (www.cu3a.org.uk). or upon request.
These purposes include maintaining membership and financial records, arranging activities, complying with our legal obligations, and communications with Members (and between Members) by email, phone, post, and through our website.
Names and addresses of Members are passed to the Third Age Trust so they can deliver the "Third Age Matters" magazine to all subscribing Members.
