Announcement – SUMMER TERM Programme
Following Government and U3A advice of 16.03.2020 the Trustees made the decision to suspend the Summer Term meetings, face-to-face groups and visits.
Trustees are continuing to monitor the situation, are meeting regularly via video conferencing and are beginning planning for proceeding out of ‘lock down’ when it is safe to do so.
Any further decisions will be informed by Government, Medical and U3A advice. Members will be updated as quickly as possible.
The eNewsletter will continue to be published on the 1st of the month and our Postal members will receive a monthly news bulletin at the beginning of the month, rather than Termly, for the foreseeable future.
Group Leaders and Members are being inventive in how they continue to carry on with some of our U3A activities, using emails, Whats App, Skype, Face Time, Zoom, e-learning.
